Materials, Colors & Sizes
Materials:
In our industry, “silk” in a title or description does not mean real silk fabric. The term dates back 100+ years. Today’s “silk” flowers, plants, and trees are artificial and made with modern materials (e.g., polyester, PE, PVC, EVA) and processes to achieve realistic detail.
Colors:
We photograph in neutral lighting and describe colors carefully, but exact color matching can't be guaranteed. Screens and device settings display color differently, and natural shadows or highlights may appear in photos. Color names (e.g., "brown", "green") describe a family of shades rather than a single exact color tone.
How we measure:
- Potted items: Measured from the bottom of the pot to the farthest tip (e.g., the longest frond when extended straight up).
- Unpotted stems/sprays: Measured from the bottom of the stem to the farthest point.
- Other items: Dimensions are maximum outside measurements (tallest or widest point).
- Pre-arranged florals: Dimensions are more exact, as shape is fixed.
What’s included:
Additional images may show styling ideas or companion products. For some holiday items (such as Christmas trees, wreaths, and garlands), we may use the same photos to represent multiple sizes and options. Your order includes only the specific size/option you select, as represented by the main item in the first image.
