Oversized Tree Freight Handling (10′–12′ Trees):
10′ trees are typically transported standing upright. 12′ trees are available for commercial delivery only and are transported laying flat on sawhorses secured to the truck floor. Onsite removal from the truck is required; a screw gun is usually all that’s needed.
For the best value, consider ordering in pairs. There is an online discount for multiples, and we can often stack two trees so freight cost does not increase much.

This item is custom made for your order and is designed and assembled by hand in the USA using imported materials and components. Lead time is approx. 2–4 weeks, subject to material availability and production schedule.
Shipping for custom made items is not calculated automatically at checkout. Large custom made items usually ship by freight. After checkout, we will contact you with a shipping or freight quote for approval before production begins.
Once you approve the shipping or freight quote and production begins, the order is non-cancelable and non-returnable. Freight, when required, is billed separately at our actual carrier cost.
Fire Retardant:
This item is classified as IFR, which means inherent fire retardant. Certain topical finishes create an oily film on the surface of leaves and flowers. Our gorgeous and completely safe inherit fire retardant (IFR) silk plants, trees and flowers do not drip or produce the slightest mess at all.
Our IFR items pass all the required criteria for either the National Fire Prevention Association 701 test or the ASTM E84-95 Standard Test Methods for Surface Burning Characteristics of Building Materials. So, if you are researching your options for indoor or outdoor silk plants that aren't a fire hazard, our IFR creations are not only the safest, made with great attention to detail and care but also have a realism that is timeless. Please note that any natural wood trunks are not fire rated, nor has any fire marshal to date ever required them to be.

We do not have certificates for any item marked as PVC. Please inquire with your fire marshal for PVC usage as it's never been an issue before as PVC is already a well known fire retardant material.
Non-Decorative Pot:
This item arrives in a non-decorative weighted "nursery" pot intended to be placed inside a larger decorative planter. While it can often be displayed as is, most customers nest the included pot in a larger container for correct scale and stability. Larger trees are naturally top-heavy and may not stand perfectly upright in the nursery pot alone; this is not a defect. They should be anchored inside a suitably sized planter using a stabilizing medium (e.g., soil, floral foam, sand, stones, or a combination).
We frequently get asked for the dimensions of these pots but honestly it doesn't matter, so long as you choose an appropriately sized planter for the size of the item. For example: a 6' tall tree usually has a 6-7" non-decorative pot, or a 7-9' tall tree will usually have at most a 10-12" non-decorative pot. In both instances the decorative planter size needed to visually look correct would be much larger than the non-decorative pots they come with.
Shipping rates are calculated in the cart based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Many items are billed by dimensional weight, which means the carton size can affect the shipping cost more than the actual product weight.
Order processing: Mon–Fri orders placed by 12:00 pm ET are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm ET are processed the next business day. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Ground shipping: Ground orders typically arrive in 3–10 business days after being processed.
Priority shipping: At checkout, you may see Priority 3 Air, Priority 2 Air, and Priority 1 Air options when available. Priority delivery times are shown at checkout.
